Yes! A "Cleaning Expert" supervisor visits your home or business at your convenience and conducts a comprehensive and free estimate based on your needs.
DO YOU BRING ALL THE CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT WITH YOU?
Yes we do. However, we do need access to water and electricity.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN YOU COME TO CLEAN?
We encourage our Client to be available to handover as well as specify any remaining requirements to ensure 100% satisfaction.
WHAT PREPARATION IS NECESSARY FOR THE CLEANING TEAM TO COMPLETE THEIR TASK?
Sufficient space and furniture movement prior to service start always saves the Client time and money.
WHAT IF I HAVE PETS, MUST I SECURE THEM BEFORE YOU CLEAN?
We love pets at Spik n Span, however due to Safety Rules and Regulations we do request that they are kept secure.
